Default stupid newb headlamp/sidemarker question.

ok, i've got a broken turn signal lamp that been broken since i bought my van. after cheacking all the parts stores and dealership i decided that little part was not worth $120. but i couldn't seem to find any in the junkyards. then i started poking around here and saw that you guys had clear sidemarker lights. but i haven't been able to find those for sale anywhere either.

so here'* the question.

where do i find clear sidemarker lamps that will fit a '95 bonneville/trans sport? and would that cost more than just replacing the stock lamp?

also, i've seen the GTS headlamp covers here, but can't seem to find those either. who sells this stuff?

i believe that the trans sport side marker lights are different than the Bonneville design, so clears will not work for you...althought you could cut apart yours and make them clear be removing the amber

i think that if you needed a transport side marker light there are enough ppl here that visit junkyards we can come up with one for ya

Well on the plus side those look very similar to the stockers on 92-95s, save for the bottom. So, I think it would be quite easy to clear them.

no need to apologize, technicly you're both right. i have a damaged stock lamp that i'm having difficulty replacing, so i decided to get clears. personally i like the amber so i won't be clearing my stockers...if i can ever find one.

if i wasn't so afraid of ebay i'd just nab that one up there for $35. i've just never had a good ebay experience. ever.

thanks again for all your help.
