I believe the body is the same..

Easiest way to double check would be to look up both part numbers on www.gmpartsdirect.com

I'm pretty sure, the 92-95'* fit one another as well as the 96-99'* (with adjustments you can fit the 96+* on the previous gen)

nothing should have changed in the years the recent gen was made,

Question, are you doing this cause the 05'* DRL'* run the low beams if so, it won't make a difference cause you set up is still the same,

They should be identical as long as they are for an SE or SLE. Although, I think the GXP'* are also identical.

Well, that sounds like a real good deal. Where did you find those, ebay? Shipping may be $20-25, just a guess.
