I was pulling off my battery the other day because it was dead from sittng and when i took it out i saw a ton of rust and corrosion on the tray. It kind of shocked me because i have never seen any rust or anything like that anywhere else on the car. I did my best to get it out but some of it looked saturated and i didnt have the right tools. So whenever your cleaning ur car or trying to give it a little maintanance remember to clean the batter tray

Sometimes an old leaky battery may cause that.

There'* a tray under it? Hmm... might have to look into that...
