5'* plenty. That should cover us west coasters fine. I'm technically only missing 2 now. That leaves 3 spares.

I'll shoot some daylight pics today and see what she looks like. Haven't seen it installed in the daylight myself yet.

AHA! Found my old topic. Couldn't find it last night:

http://www.bonnevilleclub.com/forum/...ic.php?t=10168

Which gives us before:

And after:

I still haven't done the checks to see how the fit around the hood vents is. And I'm curious to see how much it damps the noise I've been having since it'* been off. I could actually hear my wastegate dump boost after I let off the throttle. I may still be able to with the vents.

Very nice. So, is this an all-day project? Assuming all the materials are on hand, how long would this take?

Without the hood vent cutouts and backside covering, you could probably do it in a day. I think it would be more reasonable to set up your stencil ahead of time. That'* some work. I printed out the pattern on standard printer paper, then taped the sheets (2) end to end with the pattern overlapped and matched. Then I taped that to the posterboard. At that point, you have to use an exacto knife to cut it all out. Save the pieces you need, like the "O" center.

Now use a low-tack adhesive to hold it all firmly to the material. The stencil takes the longest.

I got some new daylight pics. I'll get 'em up later.
