Can it be done with out swoping in a SSEI dash???

or can i just get the HUD unit an plug and play?

well....no....the SSEi dash has a hump on it, and then the trim panel sits ontop of the dash....the hud unit is pretty big..

the unit is sorta kinda plug and play....you should have a FSM before you attempt this... you will need to locate all the wires from the HUD and your dash harness...

i am only doing this because i found a SSEi with the same color interior and the same Year as my car...this way i know the wire colors are the same.....

the other option is to get the HUD and the total dash harness....i have not looked into this yet, and i dont think that it will work because of the differences in the cluster

i have all my wires mapped out Via the FSM

To put a hud in ..you should have

New dash with hud hole
Hud
Wiring
New windshield for the hud reflection. (special glass)
