Well, I sent an email to Poorboys World asking about the acid and safety etc...
That means that PB *&R is NOT citric acid based, for those wondering.

Meg'* WB ruined my front wheels, but it may have been my fault. I added a bit more water to the concentrate than they recommended, so I left it on for about a minute (I think they warn no longer than 30 seconds). Now cleaning my wheels is a PAIN IN THE *** because the clearcoat has a very rough surface to it, and everything kind of gets trapped in there. Like I said, it may have been my fault, but I'm afraid to go near my car with that stuff.
Now plastic hubcaps it works great. I simply spray i on my mom'* 05 town and country and my future mom-inlaws 99 mystique, and the year and a half of brake dust just melts right off with a power washer.

I checked and the product I use is Eagle 1 A2Z. It has always worked well for me. I spray it on and use an old cotton mitt or sponge to agitate then hose off.
Never apply any wheel cleaner to a hot wheel or tire..

What I use as a wheel cleaner is the "General Cleaner" from work undiluted. (I work at Domnio'* Pizza). I have NEVER gotten a better shine no matter what I have used
