now that you mention it the low beams and the drls are the same bulb and the drls are lower voltage so i would have to rig a relay or something anyway. i could use the power for that to activate the relay and power from the battery to power the ballasts. then the lights will be on with either the low beam or drl signal.

i was looking at the cree bulbs on ddm they arent bright enough either they list them as 400+ lumens
