Keep your torque wrench with you and check them daily for a while just to be sure ...IMO.

To me those are more suited to a more classicly styled car then the 00+ models. I think those would be great on a 92-95, maybe 99 even, but the 00+ lines just let those rims work for me.

On another forum i belong to, a guy with a Regal GS is putting those on, with GSX lettered center caps. His are 114.3 tho as well..
