Default How hard to put 02 seats in 95?

I have found a set of 02 heated leather seats out of a 02 SSEi. They are graphite in color, and was given a very good $$ price to purchase them.
I really want the 98 camel seats that I've got lined up to purchase tomorrow, but if these seats can be put in a 95 I'd love to do the 02 seats. I would have to get a 95-99 graphite rear seat as the 02 rear wouldn't fit, but if a rail swap is all that'* required I'm gonna do the 02'*.

Anyone know if they're too wide? Too high?
