Default Can u put 93-99 olds 88 or lesabre seats into a 92 bonnie???

I need interior help on my 1992 Bonneville SE. I want to put newer interior in my 1992. Can I buy front and rear seats from a 1998 or 1999 Bonneville and put them in my 1992? Will they mount up the same? Can you put front seats from a 93-99 bonneville into a 92?

Yes. They share all the same mounting hardware.

Nothing about the 92 seats is specific to 92.

Do you mean 91? They mount the same as well.

Default bonneville bonneville bonneville

I have a 1992 SE with cloth interior and a 60/40 front seat. I want to buy leather bucket seats from a 1998 or 1999 bonneville and put them in my car. Will I need to do anything special to do this or do they mount up perfectly? I called a pontiac dealer and the guy told me that the tracks for the front seats are the same for 1992 and 1993 but that they change after that. Is that correct or was that back info? If I have a 1992 SE with cloth interior and a front 60/40 bench seats, and I buy leather bucket seats out of a 1998 or 1999 bonneville, what will I need to do to install those seats into my 1992 SE?
Thanks for any future help,
Greg

I'm pretty sure they mount up the same way. I don't know about power seat connections though.

if you have the original wiring and you can soder you can make it work (done with mine) and on a side note Gm pre cut the carpet for the wires so you don't have to even cut a hole

as for later years im going to ASSUME the bolts are the same due to the fact that i've heard these seats also bolt up to 2k bonnies iirc
