Default Fixing trim and weatherstrip?

I have a piece of missing trim and a part of the weatherstrip (i think that'* what it is called) that is pushed in and is all weird and out of line on my bonnie.

How should I go about fixing this? I am relatively new to DIY automotive stuff so how hard would it be?[/img]

Thanks in advance
(and i know, i need to clear my tails :p)

Strip above the door you probably have to buy a new piece or be really careful when gluing it with weatherstrip adhesive, i redid my door seals instead of making a mess, if thats your drivers side i have that piece in good shape if you want it, i replaced both side just beacuse it was practical at the time, send me a pm if you want the piece

thanks, ill consider taking you up on that offer

How did you go about installing/repairing the weatherstripping?
Some tips or a quick method of how you did it would be great

also, what kind of tools did you use, and what did you use as an adhesive?

Sorry, im an auto noob but i'm looking to learn more!
