Default Door trim piece

There is only one real cosmetic flaw that I know of in my car...it'* not a big deal but I'd like to get it taken care of. The other three are fine but for some reason this one has not held up so well.

As you can see, it'* looking a little ratty. Black paint helped but it needs to be replaced...

So the question is, and I know the only real way to know this is to go to a dealer but they are closed now...

How much does this part cost? I'm sure I can replace it myself, but I need to know a little bit about that also. Is removal easy? It looks offhand that all is required is to take a knife or some other object and pop it out, or is it necessary to disassemble the door panel?

Thanks for the information!
