Default Bumpers Misaligned - New or re-align?

I now have my moms 94 SSE. The problem I am having is the bumpers are somewhat misaligned front and back. If you look at the front it looks as though they are slightly tilted foward and the rear is slightly pushed up. It is really annoying. I cant put the stock exhaust tips on because they no longer stick out from under the bumper.

My question is how hard is it to either get a new set from the junkyard and install them? Requiring removing the old bumers and installing the new ones or just re-aligning the old bumpers. I am hoping there is some guide out there.

do you have any pictures? That would help tell you what should be adjusted. I have removed and replaced about 4-6 bumper covers, both front and rear.

Also, where are you? If you are near upstate, NY, and need new bumpers, I have 2 front and 1 rear.
