Well, I think they should fit, but moving the fog lights should be a challenge too.

92-95 need a new bumper support because of the fog lights, you may need it to. Someone with a 00+ FSM will be able to verify this for you.

They will not fit. With alot of fiberglass and custom fabbing, maybe. All the supports are in different places. It'* a totally different chassis.

Are you sure about that Will? I looked at the parts breakdown and it looks like there is minimal difference between the two, same with the back bumper (different style for SE vs SSEi and SLE)

Totally different chassis and body. Major re-design in 00.

I know there was a major change from 99 to 00; but I don't think there are stark differences in chasis designs within the 00+ models. Am I misunderstanding the original question? He wants to transplant a 00+ SSEi bumper to a 00+ SE car, right?

I have the exploded breakdown of all Bonnevilles from 82-02. We've looked at this before. Not only is it far enough off on anchor points to prevent it from working, but the headlight profiles and fender matches are way off.

also, its not just the bumper that comes off, the grill come off too. So, the grill might not match either.
