Default Water Leak/Driver'* Side Interior

The wife'* '08 Malibu LTZ was leaking water bad on driver'* side. Dripping off headliner, down A-pillar trim onto dash. Floor was wet also. I pulled the headliner down after removing the sunvisor, and this is what I found...see attached photo. You are looking at the left front corner of the sunroof.

Very common failure. I fixed my by putting zip ties on the connection to hold it tight. Make sure you do all four corners.

Good find.

Sometimes, those drain hoses are not even long enough and have to be rerouted(usually the rear ones)......there was a TSB about this, using plastic ties to hold them in place.......
