Default suspension noise

I hear a light clunk when I stop at red light just before the car comes to complete stop..again I hear a clunk when I start moving again. I also get a light clunk or light pop sound at particular points on the turning of steering when stationary..don't seem to notice this when driving.

Sounds like probably a bad joint under there. If it is not continuous while making tight turns (clickity-clickity-clickety) then it is probably not a CV joint. A good alignment shop will be able to find it.
