Car won't start dead battery
I got a 2021 chevy Equinox. Bought on 10-31-20. On 10-28-2021 the car would not start, called dealer (jump started the car) made an appointment. Had car all day and found nothing wrong with it. This happened again and I jump started it and bought it to dealership. Found nothing wrong. Sorry no date for second visit. On 1-17-2022 car would not start this time I had car towed in (like the dealership said) had car all day and found a bad cell in battery. Replace battery. On 8-18-23 car would not start, jump car and bring back to dealership, found nothing wrong. So I filed a claim with GM. Got the run around spoke with Michelon. Waited 2 weeks for to call me back and never did. I called and spoke with Gerren this time and got nowhere so I asked for a supervisor. None around someone will call me back. Never happened I called again and asked for a supervisor got Thomas and was told it'* not under warranty, I asked why? And batteries are only covered for 1 year. The sticker says 3 years or 36,000 miles. I got nowhere with this guy so when I mentioned that Solve it 7 or Help me Hank will be calling to ask him some questions, he hung up. This is way you treat a costumer, NEVER again will I buy a GM product again!!!

This is an all-volunteer advisory forum that is here to generally assist with issues with GM vehicles and some related activities. We could certainly assist with advice, but otherwise you will need to contact GM directly, discuss with your dealer, discuss with a lawyer, or find some other way to go about requesting this action.
If you are open to suggestions: I suggest you have your paperwork together showing your vehicle'* multiple visits nd the details of those visits, including the original complaints for each visit as well as the findings and repairs done before the vehicle was returned to you. We can, to some degree, assist you in understanding this such that you will be more informed when entering this process.
It will also help us to know what region this vehicle is in and to have the VIN.
