The S3 don't make any more Horsepower than the S2...... :o
If memory serves, the block is pretty much the same, Series 3 used a metal upper and drive by wire, and will require the series 2 lower/upper to swap over. There may also be some oil pan tweaks too.

Oh pointless then, Not worth trying to use Series 3 engine in a series 2 car.
