Default FBI warns US businesses of 'destructive' malware

I got a popup today on my computer from Norton about this issue.

The FBI warned U.*. businesses that hackers have used malicious software to launch destructive attacks in the United States, following a devastating cyberattack last week at Sony Pictures Entertainment.

FBI: Unknown hackers released major malware in US.

They are probably getting the technology from big brother China. From the looks of Wiki, NK'* internet has only 1 ISP and its a satellite feed to Germany. I guess they have no OC connection to anywhere.
