Yes exactly. It did sit for a long time. Seems the old man almost never drove it. No noises, just heavy steering feel.

Oh and btw I replaced the knock sensor. It was probably in vain. But the wires sat so hard that once I had gotten the wires out I had ruined the sensor. I don't know what a sensor costs in the US but everything is more expensive in Sweden, as we pay customs and tax on imports. So like a part that you guys are paying $12 for, Ill probably be paying $100 for. With that in mind it'* not as feasible in Sweden to just replace suspect parts one by one to see if anything gets better. The car had 55 000 miles on it and looks brand new and it cost me $1300.

then you might want to look into live data capable obd1 software if you are going to keep it a while
