just a wild guess but try using the sunfires cluster, ign cyl, and pcm all at once. there could still be something wrong with the wiring. i would just do what we were suggesting before, then the pcm will be rid of the bs security

ah ok ill have to re check but i think i neid last year and the clusters are different for the wiring harness the cav uses 1 and i think if i remember the sunfire uses 2 they have to be difficult lol but ill rip dash apart and check tommoro or sunday
