Realized i havent updated this in a while got alot done..
Okay so got a new clutch/pressure plate/throwout bearing dist cap and plug wires.Along with oil and filter..Got the clutch and all that along with bell housing put on the new motor..got the engine and engine bay pressure washed cleaned and painted...Pulled the Uim and painted it..Undercoated the engine bay..Painted the wheels black of course painted brake calipers....Then layed down the base coat on all my ground effects...Gonna get the motor set in tomorrow...Waiting on a new fluid line that goes from master to slave for the clutch

Motor is in!!
Got the engine in.Motor mounts bolted in dist cap on throttle cable on ground strap just samll stuff..was getting dark and time for supper
Motor going in as you can see heads and block painted..

lookin good, i found it easier to put the trans on before putting it in the car. not much room for lining everything up and putting bolts on after.

But something happed today that made this whole project worth while
Two years ago i Sold my 87 camaro this car
Notice the hood on the car...Well apparently this car was bought without my knowledege and stripped out in a timeframe that i hadnt visited the shop in a while...So im farting around looking at the tailgates and i see a gray hood out of the corner of my eye and BOOM find this
I know its my old hood due to the black/blue paint on underside along with the hood pin setup and a couple other key hints.....Ive been kickin myself in the *** for 2 years for letting this hood go due to its all fiberglass and hard as hell to get ahold of so naturally it home now and going to get resanded and primerd tomorrow..Im so giddy lol
