those old trucks have plenty of room. that would definitely be an interesting setup for a cruiser.

the truck is a 1951 ford f-1 pickup on a 90'* s10 frame..So i get the looks of the 60 YO truck with the modern suspension and an aftermarket avail for suspension while having plenty off room for everything i could ever need.!

Hell yeah alot lighter than that ole flathead that was in it...I never saw the orig drivetrain but oh well...So this is what we have sucomed to
1951 ford f-1 pickup
1988 2.8 v6 with eaton M-62
700 r-4 trans
17 inch eagle alloy wheels
This truck needs some body work (dents) so i may throw a few thing at it here and there as far as subdtle changes go

Now i need to go snap some pics of this truck

a 1227727 or 1227730 will be extremely easy to find, and will work with the TGP code. you could even grab a DIC/DIS from a W-body and have that work correctly as well.
