Have you tried the dollar store oven cleaner yet on the engine bay and all of stuff under the hood you'll be admazed how clean it will get it hot water the best but works well with cold also garden hose or power washer , caution keep the windage in the correct direction .

lol...Update-got the rest of the wiring out of the car and the Manual flywheel transferred to the new engine..My grandpa is gonna let me borrow his pressure washer tomorrow so i can get the engine/engine bay cleaned up
