Bad problem
I have a 2004 Chevy Impala SS i bought a 3.8 that came out of an 98 Bonneville SE I was trying to see will my supercharger work on that engine before I go thru the hassle of exchanging it
No, you can't just swap over the supercharger.
You are better off swapping out the whole engine.
Though, there have been a few people that have swapped over the heads, intake manifold, fueling system, */C etc, but they had to do a lot of ACTIVE custom tuning. Which means, scan/log then tune. Scan/log tune.

Yeah, what Mike said.
. . . and even if you did swap all of that, it'* questionable how long it would last that way. The non-supercharged engine runs a higher compression ratio and weaker connecting rods.
