Rear wiper/washer doesn't work. I can turn it on and it places the wiper blade just onto the glass surface, but that'* where it stops. Turn the wiper switch off and the wiper seats itself after about 10 seconds or so. I can't figure out how to get the plastic door covering off to check the motor either. Thanks.
