Well, you say the bulb flashes when you use the hazards, but it doesn't when you use the right directional, therefore, there is nothing wrong with the bulb, socket,or ground....

There is also nothing wrong with your turn sig/hazard flasher.......

It looks like it is the turn signal switch that is the problem....there are 4 contacts.....the contact for the RF is bad.....you can verify this by going to bulk connector C201......back probe terminal B7(lt blue wire) with a test light to a good ground......turn right directional on....if the light does not flash, it'* the switch ....if it does flash, then it is an open circuit between there and the LH I/P Accessory Wiring Junction Block....

I replaced the switch, and now all four work....the only problem is the turn signals (all of them) flash very rapidly....when the 4 ways are on, it flashes normally. There are no burned out bulbs on the exterior.... I just don't know why it'* flashing rapidly.

Try this.....turn either directional on and keep it on......now press the hazard switch......press the hazard again......does the directional now flash at the correct speed?

Yes, when the Hazard button is on, all the blinkers blink normal speed...even when a directional is called for.

Ok, you turn a left directional on, it flashes fast....while it is flashing, you press the hazard switch,,,,all lights flash at same time...now press hazard switch again......this turns off hazards.....but the left directional is still going....is it fast or normal?

Ok, With your lights on, do a walk around the vehicle and inspect ALL lights(including side markers)....

turn left directional on, and recheck the lights......do the same for the right directional.......look for a light that is out or overly bright.....
