Angry 2000-2001 chevy box truck wont start

My 2000 or 2001 chevy box truck will not start.

We installed a new starter after replacing the battery, and the vehicle still will not start. Had 'loc' code on radio, but after disconnecting and reconnecting the radio, the code has gone away and the radio just displays the time like usual. This is also the only screen in the vehicle that displays anything at all, there are no dash lights or anything when the key is put to acc, and the radio shuts off when you turn the key all the way to start. The headlights will turn on, and theres no power across the ecm fuse.

I am stumped.

Any ideas?

note: this vehicle is essentially the same has a chevy express 3500 if that helps

So . . . it turns over but doesn't fire?

Doesn't turn over at all?

Have you checked relays?

Okay, tell us more about it like:

How many miles on it?

How long have you owned it?

How many miles have you owned it?

Has it ever been a rental?

Has it ever been in a flood?

Has it had any recent trauma?

Why did you replace the battery and starter in the first place?

Did it run well for you prior to this issue?

Etc.?

Are you getting power at the tickle wire when you hit the key? If so, can you manually bump the starter with a screwdriver?

How many miles on it? - 200,000 +

How long have you owned it? - 1 year

How many miles have you owned it? - 10,000 or less

Has it ever been a rental? - no

Has it ever been in a flood? - no

Has it had any recent trauma? nope

Why did you replace the battery and starter in the first place? - When turning the key to start, all the acc lights and power came on, including dash lights, but it didnt crank or turn over at all. Only after jumping it did the dash lights go out

Did it run well for you prior to this issue? - yes, especially for 200,000 + miles
