2002 escalade t-case problems

2002 escalade t-case problems
I purchased a escalade a few months ago with a bad trans. Has 6.0l 4l65e and np149 transfer case.
My gm np149 transfercase is blown. The rear housing bushing and yolk are shot, and the chain is loose. There was no fluid in it. Is there any transfer case besides the 149 that will work? I bought an awd borgwarner 4485 out of a 2007 denali. Its an inch longertho sobi didnt install it.
Im assuming the transfer case is garbage. I cant find another np149 around for a fair price and think mine would be beyond/to expensive to repair.
Also all the yolks i have that fit dont have the large circle(balancer maybe) on them do i need a yolk that has one? And whats it for.
