My mom has an 06 dts and the headlights are on but very dim. It'* like the hid part is not working. They look like old dim lights. Nothing changes when the brights are on. I just want to make sure it doesn't need a controller/ballast and not new lights. I figure since both are dim it must not be the bulbs themselves. She said they both stopped at the same time. Please help before i order something off eBay that I don't need!. Thanks!
