Dan you are the man!!! Thats exactly what was going on. I must have overelooked the o-ring on the old PVC valve when I replaced it. I had some misc. o-rings left over from the LIM/UIM repair in a small bag in my toolbox. Sure enough, one of them fit perfectly on the PCV valve and when I put it back together the problem was solved. Thanks so much!
