Ok this is what I saw. I see the lines going form the canister to the tank, one line goes to this box under the tank with an elect connector on it and what looks like a hood scoop. Is this a vent ?? Its about the size of a pack of cigerettes

first you need to make sure all EVAP hoses are connected properly

you can also Check for an open in the fuel tank pressure sensor ground circuit.
Check for poor terminal connections at the fuel tank pressure sensor connector.
Check the fuel tank pressure signal circuit for a short to voltage or a short to the 5 volt reference A circuit.
