Don't worry about the nomenclature BCM/MALL are the same.

FSM is Field Service Manual. It'* a complete repair manual from GM.
KAM is Keep Alive Memory. I believe it'* stored in the ECM (engine control module). It stores all your driving habits.

I have bought one online manual, but its like comunity manual. I also saw a lot of videos which refer to KNOW HOW manuals. Is it possible to buy them or download online in .pdf? Or where should I find FSM manual?

What can cause bad KAM? I have also ECM from second car. Is it possible to replace it without programming?

The same year car probably utilizes a module similarly named to body control module and its function is most likely air shock level control, what we now call electronic level control.

They are the same in that the general sense, sure, but it helps when trying to work on old stuff to use the words and associations GM used for them because thats how service data, parts are gonna be sold usually

for example, that car has a PCM because it has a 4t60e and a 1990 park avenue had a ECM.

I just realized we are on way different paths here

Your remote receivers you have there are not the mall module (BCM)

you have one of those elsewhere. GM SI subscription may be a good idea since 91 pa data is.. hard to find on the web

But on my first mall/BCM from 1991 there is written "RECEIVER REMOTE LOCK CONTROL". I couldnt pair remote keys form my 1992/1993 (I´m not sure the year, because second car for spare part is without documentation, but there is 1992 year on microcontroller inside mall/bcm from this car.) I didnt find any ther moduls inside trunk or under back window. When I changed mall/bcm from second car which was bought with original remote keys, I was able to pair them. It worked for about 2 days as I said and then it broke up and nothing what that module should do wasnt working.

Is it possible that remote keys from newer mall/bcm cant be paired with older one?
