In your directional switch, there are two springs...one is either broken or it fell out of it'* holder...
2) two bulbs out in back window brake light...difficult to change???
No, easily accessible...
3) Key Fobs not working...got new Batteries...still no worky???
First are the fobs even working? Could just be out of synch(can try pressing and holding both the lock and unlock buttons down for about 30 seconds, if horn chirps, then they are in synch again....if that doesn't work they may have to be programmed...
4) 1 light out in rear array...difficult to change???
No, but have to pull the whole assembly out to replace....
5) driver seat leather shot...what to do , where to go to get it done????
Check local Upholstery repair shops, or find seat in junkyard.....
6) power antenna, I can hear it but antenna is not moving, it is stuck in the up position right now.
If you hear it running, and nothing is happening, the cable is probably broken.....good idea to disconnect the harness to the motor until fixed.....replacement kits are available....

Key fob programming might need a dealer, since your '95 will have the OBD-I diagnostic system. Anything later with the OBD-II connector you'd be able to reprogram yourself.
Definitely recommend a junkyard for a replacement seat. Depending on how it bolts in (and how perfect of a match you care about), there may be other makes/models with seats that would fit.
The power antenna I would not spend money on replacing. There'* a reason cars do not have that feature anymore... they are extremely prone to failure. As mentioned, usually its the internal cable (that'* pushes/pulls the antenna up and down) that breaks so the motor can run and run and run... and nothing will move.
