I added the dual exhaust because he only wanted another 50 bucks to add it on.. So i said well thts wat ill do insted of paying so much for just 1

the flow masters are for sure going to be louder but with a cat it will be more reasonable i would bet. sound is a perspective thing though its relative to the driver. i like loud

Im the opposite, i like quiet! If it was my old regal "total different story" lol! But i want it as quiet as possible.. What would be the best mufflers?

something o.e. type. if you like quiet you should have let them put on the oe stuff they suggested. even with a cat it will have a little rumble.


im not to sure on the specifics i always go with louder stuff.

as quiet as i will go and only because the wife and daughter didnt want to ride with me before

Tht sounds gud! But thts different! Thts old school.. This a Park Ave were tlkn about..im thinkn ill have to buy some Walker Mufflers & hav them installed..

What if i got the cat installed, and also had a muffler placed after the resonator. Or even replaced the resonator with a muffler.. Think that would help?

If you have flowmasters installed, your not going to quiet them down with a cat or resonator. You need to replace the mufflers to a standard issue quiet muffler.

FLOWMASTER EXHAUST = VERY LOUD! You could put 3 converters inline and its still going to be loud with Flowmaster exhaust.
