Red face lesabre climate control

I have a buick lesabre (2003) and the blower stopped working, pretty sure it'* a loose wire. My question is ... how to gain access to the rear of the climate controls without taking off the entire dashboard? Can I get access from where the ashtray is? The controls are just above it.

Why do you think it'* a loose wire?

First place I would check is the harness to the blower motor....check for power and ground, and that the connector is not melted.....if you have power and ground, reconnect and give the housing a tap with the handle of a screw driver....

Is this auto temp or manual?

I think it'* a loose wire because when I tap on the dash just under the controls the fan starts and stops

That tap could be enough, to be similar to tapping the housing of the motor...

I think in a 2003 it'* under the dash, passenger side....get under there and grab the harness and see if it has any affect...also tap the housing....
