I read they were discontinued a while back, and that they are known to have the belt slip, and become wobbly, first at highway speeds, then also at slower speeds, what the people report that dealt with this issue reported bad tires as the issue, and with some even after a balance, and rotation, some still wobbled, because more than one tire was bad.
I too am using Viva 2'* on my Park Avenue and have a wobble while driving.. moreso while slowing down. I may have to start checking around for new tires as well. Honestly, I hadn't really even considered the tires, they are in decent enough shape to have never even crossed my mind.

I took one of my rear tires off yesterday, and I noticed one spot on the inside had an are that looked pushed in a bit, now I understand why Walmart had to put so many weights on the inside and outside trying to balance the tires.
The tires were in good shape, so I never expected them to be bad, of course Walmart never told me they had trouble balancing them, I'm never going with a Walmart tire ever again!
