Yup, that sounds right for the series 1.
88-90 Buick, Chevrolet, Oldsmobile, Pontiac'* were 219 lbs, yikes, lol

Actually I think he was right, the Park Ave was the only Buick that was supposed to be 111lbs, of that year other Buick'* were supposed to be 110lns.

Just line the balancer on the key, start the crank bolt by hand, and use an impact gun......
