hard start/rough idle
got the fuel pressure gauge hooked up and pressurized the system, got a reading or 17 and one half, started the car and got a reading of 20 PSI, let it run for 5 minutes and shut of the car , watched the gauge and it stayed at 20 PSI for 5 minutes then I unhooked the the gauge, the results with the engine running and off was a steady 20PSI
i did not take off the vacuum line at the fuel pressure regulator, but I did go to another o reilly store and got a fuel pressure gauge and hooked it up and got a reading of 19 PSI, we have a 2000 park ave and i put the gauge on that, cycled it 3 times and then started the car, got a reading of 40 PSI, I lcan go down the road with the AC on and come to a light and it wont stall
just what are the correct readings on the fuel gauge tester supposed to be for my car, could there be sediment blocking the fuel pump sock and not get a good flow of fuel to the fuel rails???

FP spec is 48 to 55 psi. Trade regulators between them and see what you get.
I put on a new fuel pressure regulator, fuel filter, and a Mas air flow sensor before I took the readings from the fuel pressure gauge, could there be sediment build up at the fuel pump causing restriction of fuel flow since it will run and not stall out at a red light or stop sign with the AC on ??????
