BTW Low fuel pressure his will definitely cause lean problems.

Wow, there'* your problem. That'* less than half of what it should be . . .

. . . leading me to wonder the same thing. At 20PSI it should stumble a little then stall at best.

So it'* a new guage....I think you can trust it but that is some seriously low fuel pressure.
BTW.....By The Way

BTW what does the pressure do when you take off the vacuum line at the regulator?

i did not take off the vacuum line at the fuel pressure regulator, but I did go to another o reilly store and got a fuel pressure gauge and hooked it up and got a reading of 19 PSI, we have a 2000 park ave and i put the gauge on that, cycled it 3 times and then started the car, got a reading of 40 PSI, I lcan go down the road with the AC on and come to a light and it wont stall

just what are the correct readings on the fuel gauge tester supposed to be for my car, could there be sediment blocking the fuel pump sock and not get a good flow of fuel to the fuel rails???

So....you have two gauges reading the same? Your 2000 PA is low pressure as well. Not as bad as the 99...........but....if the reading is correct it is low.

FP spec is 48 to 55 psi. Trade regulators between them and see what you get.

I put on a new fuel pressure regulator, fuel filter, and a Mas air flow sensor before I took the readings from the fuel pressure gauge, could there be sediment build up at the fuel pump causing restriction of fuel flow since it will run and not stall out at a red light or stop sign with the AC on ??????
