Default Good aftermarket brake caliper suggestions? 04 LeSabre

My front right caliper keeps seizing up lately, and its getting to the point of being dangerous. I know that probably nothing out there is going to be as good as a factory part, considering most of the stuff is made cheaply in China now.
But, considering whats available out there in aftermarket land, are there some choices better than others, any to stay away from? Anyone have experience with a certain brand, one way or the other?
I'm just looking to replace the one that keeps getting stuck for now. Maybe a upgraded system after this winter, but I really need to do something about this one quick, just because its become dangerous to ignore at this point.
I know Advance Auto carries a Fenco line. I'm not sure what else is out there that I can get my hands on pretty quickly?
Open to ideas.
Thanks gang!
