I'm going to look at the diagrams and see what we can find. I'll be back in a couple hours.
it does this even when my phone is not anywhere near the car. ive gotten out of the car with keys in my hand, not in ignition, and I hear it come on as im walking away and then when it shuts off I hear it say "goodbye"

Default Update on electrical issues

So, you jacked the back driver side off f the lesabre up to change the brake pads and rotor. When I was placing the jack stand underneath the car I noticed a bundle of wires that was damaged. It’* located between the back tires, kind of in the middle of the car but maybe a bit closer to driver side back tire. I thought I had a wiring diagram for my car downloaded but I’m unable to find it. I took a couple pictures of damaged wires. Possibly the reasoning for all the electrical issues? I will probably get under the car tomorrow to look at it further.

I think you're on the right track. At the very least, I wouldn't chase electrical issues anywhere else before knowing all of these are good first!

Be careful with that scissor jack! Make sure you use a stand or something with it.
