your bulb could be in wrong, I learned this after i tinted my tails and put the bulbs back in, there is a certain way to line them up in the socket, if you look at the bulb theres 2 bumps one higher than the other you have to line them up in the socket the way they line up on the bulb, if one of the bumps isnt seated properly it will cause them to blink fast or not at all.
