Default ABS and brake light on - 98 Century

Trying to diagnose this issue. 6 abs codes pop up when scanned.
1221
1222
1223
1236
1246
1286
I have a hard time believing that all my wheel sensors are bad. I thought it was an electrical issue and read that it might be the abs relay...but have no idea where it is or if I even have one. The lights don't come on until the car moves a short distance. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

C1236 is low voltage supply...check your 20A ABS Fuse in the fuse block.....there is an Electronic Control Brake relay...may be in the underhood fuse block...

Check the harness going by the A/C Accumulator......it can rub against the ring that secures the accumulator, and rub through and damage/strip/short wiring in the harness, that can cause multiple problems...

I did all those things. No luck. Thanks for the advice. I hear a click up by the module when the warning lights come on. I'm thinking that might be the issue. Any suggestions will be appreciated.
