Jason, Did u just clean the IAC or did you do the intake and throttle plate as well?

you clean the iac seat?

the idle takes a while to learn. you could take the battery off for a while and it would start over but everything else would too.

Ya sometimes if the IAC is kaput the warm/need 4 throttle applies.
Same condition on a friends Regal today. Replaced the IAC all is well now.
