Default 99 PA Ultra idle issues

Hello everyone! Haven't been here in a LONNNG time, but I have a real tricky issue going on. I've hit all the other Buick and GM threads and I'm getting nowhere with this. Let me paint the picture.....
Whenever I start the car, it runs great.... For about 1 minute, and then coughs and sputters for about another minute. It will do this on EVERY start whether warm or cold.
After this minute of respiratory distress it will smooth out and run great! It refuses to give out ANY codes as to what it is. I have pulled and checked just about every single vacuum device and the lines for leakage, vacuum gauge reads fine. It did this to me a couple years back and by the time I got around to checking it, it had cleared up. BBV cleaned and works fine, IAC ohms out fine, PCV change, Cleaned MAF and intake,
I let it run and choke itself almost to the point of dying but still she WILL NOT throw a code!
Has anyone ever had this issue and fixed it? Today I will be resorting to seafoam.
ANY info would be great! Hit me with some questions.
