Are you getting voltage at the window motor?

First thing first, i checked the relay and replaced the rear intregation module and surprisely the rear windows along with the passenger window let down and went up and all the doors unlocked and relocked...as soon as i tighten the module up with the rear seat fuse box the windows (passenger & rears) stopped working but now the doors continue to work?

Sounds like you may have corrosion on one or more of the ground buses, I tried finding a diagram to where they are, I think there are 2 or 3 total.
One or two should be under the driver side panel that is below the door by your left foot, you may have one at that module, I'm not sure though.
It is a metal bar with teeth that go into a wiring harness to distribute the ground.
The corrosion could just bee with the wiring going to that module, hopefully it is and it is a easy fix for you.

Do you have a multimeter?

need to revisit this topic. I replaced the driver'* module and suprisely the driver'* module brings down the driver'* side window constantly. all other windows are still remaining closed. I am getting power to the motors.

Have you pulled out the driver'* seat and carpet under it? If not, you may find your problem, corrosion in a wire junction point under the driver'* seat carpet.
