The battery has been checked and replaced. My meter is claiming there'* 14 volts on the battery under load test with lights, a/c on with fan on high. Everything seems to be correct at the battery, its just the gauge wiggles when turn signals are on at a stop. With lights on and blower motor fan on medium, gauge stays around 12.5/13 volts.

Can you hook your volt meter up so you can read it in the car when driving? Maybe its your guage that is messed up.
