The aldl reader im using cannot seperate current from historic and cannot (or i cant figure out how to) clear codes and with its current setup the lighter port that powers the reader only works when key is on so a koeo read is impossible right now.
The scanner should have the option to clear codes.
Check your battery and cables for tightness and corrosion, and have your charging system tested. Unstable power absolutely messes with electronics, and freaks stuff out big time.

BTW, what brand & model scanner are you using? Is it a dedicated OBDl reader, or is an OBDl-OBDll capable reader? If that scan is accurate, it looks like the ECM had a major brain fart!
