When I purchased this lesabre last year..the engine light was on..the guy said it was the pcm code and a new computer would clear it...it drove fine and was cheap so I purchased it. Well a year latter and 2 pcms and the code is still there for a pcm..the car drives fine...but when it is cold it never starts on the first and second try but always on the third...has done this since purchase.

why would the car keep throwing the code saying the pcm needs replacing but that does not fix it? there are not other symptoms
